Reggio & Co.
Fall Session 2026
-NEWSLETTER-
We are so excited to welcome your child(ren) to the 2026–2027 school year and look forward to a wonderful season of learning, exploration, relationships, and discovery together.
As we prepare for the first day of school, we wanted to share a Newsletter few important reminders and helpful details to help your family have a smooth and successful start. We encourage you to read it in its entirety, as it contains important information for the upcoming school year.
Hours of Operation
School doors open at 8:00AM, and we kindly ask that all children arrive no later than 9:30AM to ensure a smooth start to the day and minimize classroom disruptions. Half-day dismissal takes place at 12:30PM, and regular dismissal runs from 3:30-5:00PM.
If your child will be arriving after 9:30AM or being picked up before 3:30PM, please notify us through our Parent Procare App!
Lunch + Snacks
Families must provide snacks or fill their child’s classroom snack bin as needed/directed by their classroom teachers.
A packed lunch with an ice pack must be sent daily, Reggio & Co. does not refrigerate lunch boxes or heat food items. If you would like your child to have a warm lunch, we recommend sending food in a thermos.
Please label all lunch boxes, containers, and water bottles clearly. If there are any allergies or food restrictions within your child’s classroom, those details will be communicated to you prior to the start of the session!

Schedule Changes
Reggio & Co.'s 2026 Fall Availability is tight for some age groups. As a result we cannot promised schedule increases indefinitely. If your family is anticipating a schedule increase for this school-year, please notify our office immediately so we do not fill this opening.

Personal Items
Please remember that toys, stuffed animals, and other personal items should remain at home and are not permitted at school, with the exception of a nap-time lovey for children who rest during the afternoon.
This policy helps protect families from lost or damaged belongings and supports an equitable classroom environment where all children have access to the same shared materials and experiences.
PLEASE LABEL all child items: water bottle, backpack, lunch items, nap mat, jackets, etc. Teachers will label whatever is left unlabeled during the first week of school.

Medical Forms
NEW STUDENT Medical forms are due to info@reggioandco.com, or dropped off at the front desk, by the first day of attendance. Please contact
Ms. Rhein at rhein@reggioandco.com if blank forms are needed!
We recommended getting this step done asap, Pediatricians are busy filling out these forms for all children returning to school this fall!
If your child needs any medication given at school at any time during the year, they will need a MEDICATION FORM with Doctor Authorization. Contact our office to obtain this!
