Reggio & Co. is growing quickly and looking for other wonderful professionals to join our team of industry experts in fulfillment of our school's mission: to help every child reach their maximum capabilities.
The newest additions to our team will be leading the development in a preschool classroom for children 2-5 years of age, with knowledge in the appropriate milestones for children of each age group. All of our educators have confidence in educating children of all abilities and a desire to help the overall functions of the classroom stay organized and running smoothly.
The Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education is honored in our classrooms and these new team members will be teaching under the Creative Curriculum- a play-based philosophy that encourages children to make their own discoveries, experience collaboration, and have confidence in their independence.

1. POSITION: LEAD EDUCATOR | SALARY: $45K/YR
Required:
Successful completion of 6 semesters of credit college courses or 90 hour certification
2 years professional experience with young children (preferred: experience with children 2-5 years of age in a play-based preschool setting)
Advocacy in the Reggio Emilia Philosophy or play-based approach to early childhood education
Successful Passing of State and Federal Criminal Background Checks
Preferred:
2 years work experience in educational leadership or curriculum development
2 years work experience under the Reggio Emilia philosophy of education
1 year experience in educating children with special needs
College coursework in Education, Psychology or similar studies
4-year degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood- Special Education

2. POSITION: ASSISTANT EDUCATOR | SALARY: $35K/YR
Required:
1 year professional experience with young children (preferred: experience with children 2-5 years of age in a play-based preschool setting)
Advocacy in the Reggio Emilia Philosophy or play-based approach to early childhood education
Successful Passing of State and Federal Criminal Background Checks
Preferred:
90 Hour Certification
1 year work experience under the Reggio Emilia philosophy of education
