1. POSITION: OPERATIONS MANAGER

SALARY: $45K/YR

+Job Description: 

Reggio & Co. is growing quickly and looking for another dream leader to join our team of industry experts in fulfillment of our school's mission: to help every child reach their maximum capabilities. This Operations Manager will be a key component to our team’s success of reaching this mission at a high level. With a large focus on project management administratively, our Operations Manager will assist our CEO, admin, and other educators on the following roles: social media management, marketing, customer communication, managing program schedules, event coordinating, and additional project management tasks. 

Required: 2+ years professional administrative work, 2+ years experience in social media management, Proficiency in Google Drive and related systems, Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, Commitment to professional and top class customer service.

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Related field, Experience navigating Canva and WIX , Experience with MSDE OCC State Regulations.

2. POSITION: PREK1 ASSISTANT EDUCATOR

SALARY: $35K/YR

+Job Description: 

Reggio & Co. is growing quickly and looking for another dream teacher to join our team of industry experts in fulfillment of our school's mission: to help every child reach their maximum capabilities. This PREK1 Educator will be leading the development in a preschool classroom for children 2 years of age, with extensive knowledge in the appropriate milestones for children of this age group. All of our educators have experience and confidence in educating children with special needs and working successfully with their therapists and other related professionals. The Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education is practiced in our classrooms and this educator will be teaching using the Creative Curriculum- a project-based philosophy that encourages children to make their own discoveries, experience collaboration, and have confidence in their independence. 

Required: 90-Hour Certificate, 2 Years Educating- Preschool Students (preferred: children 2 years), Successful Passing of State and Federal Criminal Background Checks

Preferred: Experience in educating children with special needs, 4-year degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood- Special Education

3. POSITION: PREK EDUCATOR: SUMMER SESSION (June 16th - August 28th)

SALARY: $16-18/HR

Reggio & Co. is growing quickly and looking for Summer Session dream teachers to join our team in fulfillment of our school's mission: to help every child reach their maximum capabilities. This PREK Educators for Summer Session will be leading the development in a preschool classroom for children 2-5 years of age, with extensive knowledge in the appropriate milestones for children of this age group. All of our educators have experience and confidence in educating children with special needs and working successfully with their therapists and other related professionals.
